Christmas Performance!

On 11th December, excitement levels were through the roof as the children got ready for their Christmas performance. After weeks of hard work during rehearsal, it was all hands-on deck to get ready to show the parents the wonderful work. The community centre was looking fantastic thanks to the workers who prepared it, decorated the stage and made sure we had everything we needed.

This year, we presented two short plays – Junior & Senior Infants performed The Sleepy Shepherd with the 3rd and 4th class choir accompanying and 1st and 2nd classes performed Ralph the Reindeer with 5th and 6th class choir accompanying. The performance was a resounding success and we definitely have some future actors and performers in our midst! Well done to all of the children and thanks to all of the parents and friends of our school who attended.
